Terms and Conditions

• Flipdocs Pro subscriptions are for 1 year from date of subscription
   
• If a subscriber does not renew their subscription by the renewal date all Flipbooks on the account will be deleted 2 weeks after expiration. In extenuating circumstances this can be avoided by contacting sales@flipdocs.com
   
• Subscription fees are not refundable or transferable
   
• We reserve the right to close or suspend any account at anytime with no refund.  
   
• Fair Use Policy
   
  
  • In any calendar month the total number of views for all active Flipbooks on a Pro account cannot exceed 500,000 views
     
  • The total disk space used for all Active Flipbooks on a Pro account cannot exceed 20GB.
    As a guide, using the average size of Flipbooks created on Flipdocs, this equates to approx 1000 active flipbooks, but of course this will change on a per account basis depending on the number of pages in your Flipbooks. Remember that you can always delete active Flipbooks that are no longer current.
     
  • Flipdocs Pro Subscribers that go over these restrictions will initially be contacted by our sales department to discuss increasing these limits. We will not close or suspend accounts for the occasional breaking of these rules but we do reserve the right to close or suspend any account that we feel is abusing the Fair Use Policy. Our decision is final.
     
  • Extensions to these restrictions can be negotiated by contacting sales@flipdocs.com
